Dogs & Cats Welcome
Cats and dogs are welcome (no other pets). Up to 2 pets per unit. Non‑refundable pet fee: $300 per pet. Refundable pet deposit: $200 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet. No weight limit, but breed restrictions apply (e.g., Pit Bull and mixes, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Akita, etc.).
